Ferris, Lovingly known as ferry-berry, old man, Ferret, Sept. 1999 to 3/13/05

Dear Ferris, Saying goodbye to you is the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I will miss your scruffy little face, your oddly crooked tail, and your frantic weasel war dance. Most of all I will miss your kisses and the look in your eyes when I'd shake the box of bandit treats. Mali and Mo miss playing with you every day. They need your help planning which "toys" to steal and hide under the bed. Even though I didn't get to be your mommy until 2 1/2 years ago, I am thankful for every minute that I got to spend with you. The last ones were the toughest, but I'd glad that you weren't alone. I love you!

Dear Fluff, You had seventeen wonderful years chasing mice around the barn.   We miss your lap sessions with your purring and affectionate licks.  We will miss you.
