One aspect of the business I really appreciate is the ability to make someone a little happier with the products I make. Several people have written unsolicited e-mails thanking me.

Hi, Dan!
I have been remiss at getting on the Internet to let you know the garden
stone that I ordered for the wedding couple arrived safe and sound. As I
have come to expect from you, it was just beautiful. I really loved the
shape. You did a great job with the lettering, etc., but like I said, I
didn't think it would be any other way. Your work is always perfect. I am
always 100% satisfied.
I can never tell you, also, the comfort your stones have given to me in the
past when I lost my animal companions. They gave my pets dignity, and that
meant so much to me. It helped with my grieving and healing process. And,
they are still beautiful to this day.
