2.	You may order by Fax or by US Mail with a printable order form

Once I receive your order, you will receive confirmation of your order, usually within 24 hours of placing your order, via E-mail.

Payment Information

I accept MasterCard, VISA, personal checks or money orders. Please note, that at this time, we do not offer secured online ordering, so I do not recommend placing credit card information on our order form. There are several options to transmit your credit card information.
